It must concern a violation that occurred either at your current or former employer or at another entity with which you have or had a relationship due to your professional activity. Please note that information about private misconduct does not fall under the Whistleblower Protection Act.

All reports are subject to our attorney-client confidentiality obligation and will be processed exclusively within the framework prescribed by the law. Further information can be found in the Whistleblower Protection Act as well as in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
